2014 is coming to a close this week. For most it has been a powerful year of change, transformational change into a new chapter of life.
New jobs, homes, relationships have manifested. A new outlook on life, new spiritual perspectives and practices, awakenings, disillusionment, and breaking out of old programming are other ways change had been activated this past year.
The most important astrological event was the Cardinal Grand Cross last spring and early summer. It combined with a couple of eclipses and Uranus square Pluto then also.
And in the autumn there were two more eclipses, and Uranus and Pluto were exactly square again.
In the greater world the Cardinal Grand Cross activated several prominent world events including the turmoil in Ukraine; the Ebola scare; the war between Israel and Hamas in Gaza; the advancement of ISIS in Iraq and Syria; the killing of unarmed black men in Ferguson, New York and elsewhere; and the serious attempts to resolve issues with Iran.
We let you know last winter that the Cardinal Grand Cross would initiate a most important phase of transformation into an Age of Aquarius. And combined with the exact Uranus/Pluto square that has been lasting from 2012-1015, we would see our world go through immense change both personally and globally.
We also let you know that the Cardinal Grand Cross was very close to America’s natal Sun in Cancer from its birth chart of July 4, 1776. That would mean the United States would begin its transformation into a more equal member of the world community, beginning to let go of its Superpower status at the head of a western Empire on Earth. It means America will change greatly in very fundamental ways.
This change had only just begun at the Cardinal Grand Cross and eclipses in April 2014. We predicted that the world as we know it would be quite altered in the 18 months after the April 2014 aspects.
That takes us to Autumn 2015 and yes America’s economy and standing in the world will change dramatically during the next 10 or 11 months.
The Middle East will continue to be a focal point of change, and it could very well trigger a world war during these next several months. But also it is possible instead, as we have seen with the negotiations with Iran and the opening of relations with Cuba, changes that are aligned with the Age of Aquarius may require no major conflicts or wars.
In personal lives there will be more movement toward letting go of old programming from society and family that keeps you stuck in old self defeating ways.
There will be more awakening to truths that will set you free of the chains of dysfunctional and toxic beliefs, attitudes and patterns.
You will be assisted by the Universe to leave relationships, homes, and career orientations that are not aligned with your authentic being and your true function in the world community.
Another powerful year of change is ahead.
And the most meaningful time period this year will be late winter and spring. Uranus will make its last exact square to Pluto on March 16, followed closely by a very strong Spring Equinox Day that will include a Total Solar Eclipse in very late Pisces.
This is symbolic of great clearings and endings on the one hand, and very important fresh new winds of renewal. This will all be followed by another eclipse, a Total Lunar Eclipse in Aries/Libra that connects with the Uranus/Pluto square to form a powerful Cardinal T-Square, almost as important as the Cardinal Grand Cross.
These aspects in late winter and spring of 2015 can be looked at as “Grand Openings” into the full immersion of our human souls into the transition from a Pisces Age to a Age of Aquarius.
World Events that last into the summer of 2015 and beyond will change our world perhaps even more drastically than in 2014.
There will be no more holding onto the shore of the old ways without a great price to pay spiritually, psychologically and perhaps even physically.
The ways you have been changing to make your self healthier spiritually, mentally and physically will require a stronger commitment from you during the late winter and spring.
Sitting on the fence of two worlds will no longer work, as the fence is going to break down.
It will be a wonder-full year of shifting tides in 2015.
This coming week brings the culture’s symbolic date for changing years.
And it could be a very energized New Year’s Eve and Day as the waxing Moon this week lasts all the way to Sunday the 4th at the Full Moon in Cancer, which we will talk more about next week.
In addition to the waxing phase of the lunar cycle playing out at the transition between 2014 and 2015; there will also be a very spirited Mars in Aquarius opposite Jupiter in Leo then.
So the winds of increasing energy will blow in this week and January 1 is the day when Mars makes exact aspect to Jupiter.
Mars in Aquarius brings in high energies with social consciousness and desires for social connection even if only on social media. Jupiter in Leo brings inspiration into creative and open-hearted expression. There is also a greater tendency to self focus with Jupiter in Leo.
Many people could even be rather manic with this aspect, and this may cause leaps into what could bring trouble. In the greater world this could translate into individuals or groups leaping into dangerous adventures.
Allow yourself to feel joy and positive vibes, but be careful not to leap before you look.
Next week’s Full Moon in Cancer will include both Uranus and especially Pluto in its signature, so this could be a week of change too.
Remember also that we are in Sun in Capricorn time of year, so of course resolutions are in order. Also Sun in Capricorn means we can make plans to manifest our dreams or ideas now. That will require, however, concrete plans, organization, discipline, and structured steps to implementing the plan.
Many people demonize Capricorn’s ruling planet, Saturn. But Saturn represents the gravitational pull to keep free spirits here on Earth to fulfill their purpose in a given lifetime.
So use this Capricorn time of year to take full responsibility for your life and hence out of victim mentality. That will make Saturn as your servant, not your tormenter any longer.
