This coming week will bring some big energy shifts as important planetary movements show up.
There is a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Virgo Sunday September 13 at 2:41 AM EDT; there is a spiritually oriented opposition between Jupiter and Neptune on September 17; and Mercury goes Retrograde also on September 17 at 2:09 PM EDT.
The Solar Eclipse New Moon in Virgo is the first of two eclipses this September. The second one will be a Total Lunar Eclipse Full Blood Moon in Aries on September 27.
Eclipses generally shake up our usual rhythms and normal way of being, allowing change to come through. This first eclipse, the Solar Eclipse, is a New Moon with much more power than the usual New Moon as it is an eclipse. The Moon stands in between the Sun and Earth, effectively blocking out the light from the Earth.
Our ancestors of course would often get really freaked out as day turned to night at the wrong time. This Solar Eclipse is only partial, and as such the Sun’s rays will not be totally blocked. And here in the United States it will be nighttime during the eclipse, so it will not show here.
Since this Eclipse is a New Moon in Virgo, issues of bringing things into some kind of order or perfection will be swirling around our lives. Being in dreamy, idealistic places will not last. Virgo requires down to Earth realism.
Virgo often goes further than mere realism, and shows up as skepticism or just plain disbelief. It is easy with Virgo to get into a “glass half empty” state of mind, which stops us from expecting too much and then getting disappointed.
So keep your feet on the ground, so to speak, as you go through this eclipse, not allowing yourself to get too swept up or overly excited about anything. If you do, you will soon get knocked back down to “reality”.
Virgo also brings us to a more humble and simple attitude so we can see up close, without any frills or big egos. From that grounded humble place, we are more able to see what is wrong or what is broken. And then we are better able to fix or heal what has gone wrong.
In the global world, events will take us out of any fantasies or bubbles we collectively find ourselves in. We will be brought down to the reality of the economy, for instance. Already we are seeing the Bears come out to slow down the global stock markets.
This comedown will continue until there is a crash that will precipitate the transformation of our global economic system, so that we can rebuild with the needs of all the people in mind.
Bernie Sanders is touching a nerve here in America, as he preaches about how the few hold so much of the wealth in the world.
How can any economic system be right when some people earn billions every year and others earn minimum wage of 7+ dollars an hour. Or as in other countries in the world sell their daughters or their kidneys so they can feed their families.
The trickle down theory of economics has soundly been shown to not work! So as the economic structure of the world deteriorates, know that this is just part of a world wide transformation that will make the world more fair and just.
Maybe the stock markets will not go too far down this late summer and autumn, but if not they will soon. Reserve currency changing from the dollar to some other currency is what will likely be a major catalyst for global economic change.
And our Superpower status will change in other ways too. The balance of power in the world is shifting too, as China, India, Russia, and Iran will continue to get stronger. Hopefully there does not need to be big battles with China, Iran or Russia in order to usher in this change, but that could very well happen.
And it is more and more likely that Israel will be in the center of the big change coming.
Recent aspects to its natal Mars, the nuclear deal with Iran, and the Blood Moon on September 27 happening on a Jewish holiday promise likely big change for Israel. Four Blood Moons in a row over the last 18 months have all happened on Jewish holidays.
This will not bring a messiah or herald the end of the world as many fundamentalist religious people are promising, but major conflict concerning Israel is likely this late summer and autumn.
The USA, since the Cardinal Grand Cross in 2014 crossed its natal Sun and Saturn, have had many aspects of Uranus and Pluto to that same natal Sun and Saturn. And Pluto is still there affecting the well being of the USA.
So the USA can expect major events over the next year or so that will reshape how we think and live our lives.
Refugees from Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, and other places where major military conflicts are driving people from their homes, will continue to flood into Europe and the USA, changing the culture of these countries.
And the Islamic State continues to change boundaries between countries as it has gobbled up land in Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Egypt already.
The world is transforming in big ways and that process will be accelerated now. And mid week, as Mercury goes Retrograde and Jupiter opposes Neptune, there may be greater confusion on the state of the world.
Mercury Retrograde, beginning on the 17th, will shift our mental processes as it always does. It will stay until October 9, at which time it will go back Direct again.
As it is going Retrograde in the middle of two eclipses, we can expect that we will be brought through a time when we will be taken off our usual balance.
The Mercury Retrograde part of that unbalance will mainly affect our mental state. When Mercury goes Retrograde, our usual mental agendas and paradigms are shifting, as our way of perceiving is in flux.
That is why it is always recommended not to make big decisions or stage big events during Mercury Retrograde.
I know many of you became aware of this need not to jump into things while Venus was Retrograde. After it went back Direct on September 6, our hearts began to see more clearly what was really going on in certain relationships.
If we had jumped to conclusions or jumped into certain relationships, we would have put ourselves into something unhealthy or into something not really right for us.
Now close behind that Venus Retrograde we have Mercury Retrograde and the eclipses. So stay on your toes, so to speak, and do not dig in or hold onto anything too tightly. Over attachment to anything is not a good idea now, as the speed of change is strong now.
And Jupiter opposite Neptune this week will help you to surrender undo need for control. That aspect is good for spiritual connection, for synchronicity and connection with the Universe. Magic is alive if you are awake and alive.
But you will need some degree of trust so you can let the process of life unfold as it is meant to unfold.
Keep your mind and heart open to new ways of thinking and seeing.
There is a major portal opening now, bringing a flood of love and truth our way. Let that flood help you to release old ways that are not right for you anymore.
Often we are unaware of how much our society and family have programmed us to see ourselves, others and life in a certain way. Let those preconceived notions organically leave your mind, so you can open to Truth, which will help you be more free.
Be open now to new truths, which are not sitting in Galaxies beyond our comprehension, but are sitting right before our eyes here up close in reality.

That is how some truths can come to you now, right before your eyes now open to see.
