We let you know last week that the Autumn Equinox this year, with Pluto changing directions, would be more intense than usual and would likely include powerful world events.
So the USA began a bombing campaign in Syria that day against the Islamic State. Pluto going Direct on the Equinox is part of the planetary signature for Autumn 2014, and promises a most important and intense autumn ahead.
There will be a Total Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in Aries on October 8. And since transformational Uranus and Pluto will join that Full Moon Eclipse to make a Cardinal T-Square, we can expect a very strong time period ahead.
I am in Italy now writing this Forecast, and next week I will likely be out of internet reach for my usual Saturday blog entry on October 4. I will be in Italy still on October 11, and at that time I will likely be able to write my forecast for that week ahead.
Then on October 18, just before the Solar Eclipse New Moon in Scorpio on October 23, I will be back in New England and putting out my regular blog entry from back home again.
So this entry is for the next two weeks, from September 28- October 12.
I assume much will be shaking up during that time, especially after October 4. On October 4 Mercury will change directions from Direct to Retrograde at 1:02 PM EDT. It will not go back Direct until October 25. Pluto and Uranus will also be triggered that day, so more intense energies will be opening up around that time. Mercury will be Retrograde during both eclipses as the second eclipse is on October 23. It will be a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Scorpio.
Four days after Mercury goes Retrograde on October 4, there is the Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in Aries on October 8. It is at 6:51 AM EDT.
So as usual Mercury Retrograde will bring a shift in energies of mind and communication. Perceptions change, sometimes very subtly at first, but once it has been going on for a awhile you know things seem “off” or different. Best not to try to “figure it out” too much. It is better to trust the unfoldment of a situation rather than to over analyze. Remember that the left brain is not moving in its normal way, but more creative, intuitive, imaginative functions ate better.
It is also good to be in reflective mode, not in a rush to judgment. Sometimes equipment, especially communication type equipment, can have breakdowns. People from one’s past often come back in one’s life during Mercury Retrograde, or at least they tend to come back more strongly in dreams or memories. Making big decisions or signing important documents is not advised unless necessary.
And with the Eclipses happening at the same time, things may seem very out of the ordinary. Everything may not be as it seems, so trust the process, let everything play out before jumping to conclusions or being impulsive or emotionally reactive.
During the month of October, or even a bit before, shifting tides will help you to release what needs to go, and to open up to new light, ideas, and inspirations. You can be taken out of any ruts you may be in, and have the opportunity to shift your attitudes or beliefs. Old patterns can be transformed, healing is easier to access.
World events should intensify greatly during Autumn Eclipse Season 2014. The war on the Islamist State will intensify. Issues with Israel and Iran may break open. The economy may face new shocks in October. Issues with Russia may intensify. And other important global events may happen also. The Middle East is in the process of great transformation, with more and more chaos engulfing the region. It is getting more and more complicated there, and allegiances are always shifting. Eradicating the “enemy” is impossible and the bombing in Syria and Iraq is only stirring up a hornets nest of world violence.
The first eclipse, the Total Lunar Eclipse in Aries is a Cardinal T-Square makes close aspect again to the USA Sun and Saturn from its natal chart of July 4 1776. The USA over the next year will be going through much important change.
It is in the process of losing its Superpower status, and becoming a more equal member of the world community. Military and Economic challenges will greatly affect the USA over that time period.
The Aries Full Moon Eclipse Cardinal T-Square will tend to bring up issues about independence versus making relationship. Also issues around empowerment and self assertion are likely to come up. Do your best to balance your own needs with the needs of others during this time period. You may be pressed to make improvements in that area of relating.
Remember you are breaking out of old programming that limits your ability to actualize your authentic soul self and to find more purpose and satisfaction in your life. During this Autumn Eclipse Season you may become more aware that you have been trying to be someone you are expected to be instead of being true to your self. Begin or continue to let go of people who you have developed unhealthy dynamics with. In some cases you will be able to work out these dynamics with others and transform how you relate with them.
There is nothing to freak out about during this Eclipse Season. The best way to look at it is to see that movement is necessary now in order to align your self with the waves of change from planetary configurations. It is so easy to just be a servant to our habits and usual patterns of behavior. During these Eclipse Seasons we are reminded that life does not stay the same. Our lives have seasons just like nature does, and we need at these times to put to rest that which is ending, and to open up to an embrace the natural transformations.
The Cardinal Grand Cross earlier this year opened the gates to a new collective and personal chapter of our lives. Now the Autumn Eclipse Season pushes us further into that new chapter, and in the process helps us to release the old and press on into the new. We are closer than ever to a full admittance into the Age of Aquarius. The birth pains may increase at times, but keep your eye on the bigger picture: Birth of a New Age.
