Now we move into the beginning of the deeper part of this Eclipse Season, experiencing more the meaning of this time.
Neptune changes direction from Retrograde to Direct on Saturday evening November 28. This brings in a spacey kind of feeling, not wanting to “should do” anything. So best to go with the flow Saturday night and Sunday. Take the recent pressures away, live in the moment, trust, and enjoy.
Then two days later, on Monday November 30 at 4:30 AM EST we experience the first eclipse of this Eclipse Season: a Lunar Eclipse Full Moon in Sagittarius/Gemini.
The Neptune switch of directions and Lunar Eclipse this week also give us potential for better connection with the Universe through synchronicities and meaningful symbols and signs. Let go and let in magic. We are more aware of the connections, as opposed to the separation. Communication is alive.
As in all Full Moons and Lunar Eclipses, the place of the Sun is directly opposite the Moon.
What is the energetic of that combination?
Moon in Gemini is a bright light of clear thinking and communication- when at its best. President Obama is an example of Moon in Gemini.
But sometimes Moon in Gemini can be scattered all over the place, often because it gets overwhelmed with so many facts and so much information to digest.
That is where the Sun in Sagittarius comes in. It is so good at bringing varied ideas, opinions, and thoughts together for greater understanding, resolution and higher meaning.
At is worst, it jumps to conclusions too rapidly, and is usually not great at making sure all the t’s are crossed with details and facts.
Together they are a true “power couple”, with Sagittarius bailing out an overwhelmed Gemini from indecision with too many choices.
And Gemini, with facts to counter Sun in Sag assuredness, balances out an often know-it-all, judgmental Sun in Sagittarius.
Together they can move away mountains of fearful mental desperation; jumbled thinking; or judgmental attitudes
Trump was born on a lunar eclipse of Gemini/Sagittarius, but upside down from this one: Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius.
So most important this week is clear communication and thinking, which may be difficult, especially earlier in the week.
It has been getting more and more difficult at times to know what is true and what is not, as people trying to win “spin” the truth to be in their favor. Politicians and media are especially good at this nowadays. Add the internet and social media to the mix, and it all gets more challenging.
That is why it is getting more and more important for individuals to trust their own mind and judgments. Teach your kids to think for themselves, to protect them from people who will influence them to do what is bad for them.
And not only teach them to think for themselves, but also to look for light and dark in everyone and everything. Throw away the notion of the good guys against the bad guys, or light defeating dark.
That game usually results in projecting one’s own shadows on someone else, demonizing them. That starts wars of one kind or another.
Look more for facts and truth based on objectivity, from a neutral place. That keeps people from emotional subjectivity that can cause grave conflicts and wars. Never trust demonization of a people or culture or state or religion or anything. There is light and dark in everyone and everything, just as there is in each day.
Out in the world this week, with the Lunar Eclipse this week and Solar Eclipse in 2 weeks, in Gemini and Sagittarius, the truth will be muddied by some with potential disastrous results.
Trump, with his Sun in Gemini and Moon in Sagittarius, is expert at twisting the truth around. We do not need to go to bully or push for war.
Right now Iran is in the crosshairs of Israel’s Netanyahu and Trump, wanting to start things up with Iran before Biden gets in.
Trump may also have his focus now on Culture War within the USA.
Remember that on December 21, on the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year, as we begin to turn to more and more light everyday, the light of hope shines with Jupiter conjunct Saturn at 0+ degrees of Aquarius, an obvious sign for a turn into the Age of Aquarius.
