Pun Alert- We are “falling” down into Autumn now, since we just passed through the Autumn Equinox Friday. And it may truly feel like falling to some this year especially. It has not been an easy transition into Fall this year 2011 for many. A lot of people have taken on colds and flus, and others are feeling quite out of sorts.
Remember that the Autumn Equinox is a turning point out of more Yang and outer directed energies, and into more inner directed Yin energies. Your feelings may be calling you, and will find ways to get your attention now. Metaphorically, this is the Sunset time of year, as night is wanting to move in. You may feel some “down” feelings as summer has ended and cooler darker days are ahead.
It is time to pause and begin to check in to see what is going on inside of you. Once you adjust to the shift, you will be fine.
It is also Libra time of year and so it is time to take the focus away from more active and self indulging interests, and instead to think more with social consciousness, with growing awareness of others. This Monday will begin to add to this theme of making relationship as there is a New Moon in Libra on Tuesday September 27 at 7:10 AM EDT.
I know many of you, as you check in deeper inside your self, are or will be feeling that great change is moving through our collective lives. Many have told me they are feeling an earthquake of change beneath the surface.
It is becoming more and more obvious that the Powers That Be are running around in a panic to keep putting more patches on the sides of the Titanic to stop the water from coming in and sinking the economic ship. We are on the verge of world economic transformation.
Our American two party system is dysfunctional and people are more and more not trusting its ability to solve our nation’s problems. Corporate power is running our world and buying out our congressional leaders. America and the Western World are becoming more and more insensitive to the plight of real people. Doing business as usual has become more important than doing what is right.
This week’s execution of a man, Troy Davis, who new information suggested may be innocent of murder of a Georgia off duty policeman, was unconscionable.
This week also the USA threatened to veto in the UN, the request by the Palestinians to become a state. What has been happening to the Palestinians is similar to what was happening in South Africa twenty years ago. Israel occupies Palestinian land and its people and keeps them under their control. It also has been putting up more and more settlements for their own people in lands that should belong to the Palestinians.
The USA used to at least try to be an honest mediator for the Israelis and Palestinians, but now they are obvious patrons and partners with Israel and no longer are fair and just.
As the Arab world continues to grow and open up in their Arab Spring revolutions, there has been a shift away from alliances with Israel, Europe and the USA. Also keep in mind that Europe and the USA have historically invaded and colonized these lands. They still occupy Iraq and Libya and Afghanistan, and have heavy influence in many other Arab and Muslim countries. These peoples are not only breaking away from the tyrannical leaders of their own countries, but are also wanting to break away from the yoke of control by the USA and Europe.
Remember that much of the world has been largely controlled by the the USA and western world domination for a long time. There is a Military/Economic Empire structure that has been controlling the welfare of much of the world. That structure is now breaking down. The economy is unravelling and there will be more and more revolutionary movements to overthrow the domination of the world by USA and western powers. Most of that revolution will come from arab and muslim countries.
Some USA leaders are preaching that the USA must dismantle their military bases and domination all over the world. Their voices if listened to will help our country to avoid the worst of what may happen to us. We need to leave these peoples’ lands, and save billions of dollars in military spending that could go to our people here in America to help our economy.
I fear that we will not make this transition into a New Aquarian Age of equality and Diversity in Unity gracefully. This transition will not be graceful if we stay determined to dominate the world as a superpower.
I had hoped that Barack Obama would be a bigger than life world figure who would help us to transform our country and world in a way where it could avoid the pain and suffering that come with stubborn desires to keep control and perpetuate a world and paradigm that are ready to die. He has instead so far been nothing more than a pawn and figurehead for the Empire.
If there is no great breakthrough soon, there will be a war breaking out in the Middle East that will be huge. It will mostly be centered around Israel and the plight of the Palestinians.
If you want to be fine during all this coming change,. work on remembering who you report to. Do you have greater allegiance to the people and paradigm that dominate this world or to the Universe? Hopefully it is to the Universe, which is run by Love, and Truth and Justice. All major faiths are rooted in the belief that humans were created with the ability to choose. We can each choose to live according to these “higher” principles or succomb to our more base natures.
The transition between ages requires us to create our Aquarian Age according to these higher principles, as they will be the foundation of that new world. You cannot control anyone else nor can you control what happens to the world. What you can control is how you react to what happens. You also are able to “Be the Change” you want to see in the world.
Many are now believing, as we enter the last month in the Mayan Calendar according to Johan Calleman, that tremendous earth shaking events will happen between now and October 28, 2011. The only purely “astrological” wildcard in this scenario is the movement of comet Elenin through the heavens now. I do not know what effect it will have. It has apparently diminished in strength however. I personally have no experience with an ending of a Mayan Calendar as as comet goes by, so willl be witnessing with you as this month goes by. My discipline is astrology.
Important movements in the heavens will not be occurring until the next eclipse season, which begins in November. This is when I know big shifts are coming.
