For the first part of this week, we move through a dark Moon phase.
Then on Tuesday November 26 there is a New Moon is Sagittarius at 10:06 AM EST. After that the Moon will grow in light each night until the next Full Moon.
The true energetic feeling of a new moon usually waits until we can see the first sliver of light, which in this case will likely be the night of November 26.
Sagittarius energy is generally uplifting, inspiring, expansive, and joy filled. It comes at the time of year in the Northern Hemisphere of Planet Earth when darkness is growing every day- as we move toward the Winter Solstice, the darkest moment of the year.
And the holidays at this time of year mirror the fire of positive feelings of celebration from Sagittarius.
Yet at the same time, mirroring the dark day movement toward Winter Solstice, many people get very depressed during the holiday season.
This year I have noticed people to be more negative and angry than previous holiday times. The state of the world is having a large effect on people.
We are moving closer and closer now to Winter Eclipse Season 2019/20. I believe the Full Moon in Gemini on December 11/12 2019 will bring in the first winds of change of that Eclipse Season.
And with the first eclipse being in Capricorn on December 25, the second in Cancer on January 10, and then followed by the important Saturn conjunct Pluto in Capricorn on January 12; we experience energies moving “down and in”, not “up and out.” Energy is growing in Yin, not Yang for the Eclipse Season.
This week begins on Sunday with a rather radical and rebellious Mars in Scorpio opposite Uranus in Taurus. Keep an eye out for people or yourself feeling contrary and oppositional now. There is much movement now to break out, to not take it anymore.
Israel and Iran natal planetary positions make close aspects with this Mars/Uranus opposition and with upcoming planetary movements in December and January 2020.
Syria and the USA also fit in, as does the chart for the birth of the USA Stock Market on May 17 1792. China also has natal planets connecting with coming transits of the planets.
There are shake-ups coming to all these places and the economy now, and it is rather easy to see it all unfolding. The next few months are turning point or cross-roads time periods, and the direction these countries and economy are moving toward will be much more apparent by Spring 2020.
Your life too! What are you needing to change? Are you holding on tightly for security and afraid of change? Maybe it is not time yet, or maybe you are missing your chance.
For many, change usually comes when the old is breaking down or about to end and it is obviously time to move. Or someone or something is obviously calling us to move forward in our lives.
But sometimes it is time to make changes even when things are going OK, not falling apart. You just know you have “stayed at the dance too long”, and it is time to go.
On Sunday besides the breaking out of Mars opposite Uranus, Venus makes conjunction with Jupiter in Sagittarius.
This gives a feeling of hope and inspiration, or wanting to try again with more faith this time.
Venus moves out of free spirit Sagittarius and into more controlled and stable Capricorn on Monday the 25th. It will stay in Capricorn until December 21, the day of Winter Solstice.
This Venus in Capricorn brings needs to settle down and make things work on a practical level. We are still in the dark phase of the Moon when Venus first goes into Capricorn.
Then on Tuesday at 10:06 AM EST, the box is opened to let the newly lit fires of a New Moon in Sagittarius expand freely.
If you have been patiently waiting before jumping in, now the light is green.
But on the contrary Neptune has slowed down to be stationary now. And on Wednesday November 27, Neptune goes back Direct.
Neptune wants nothing short of letting go and surrendering to that which is bigger than you and which can “hold you”.
Add Neptune’s ocean flow to fiery New Moon in Sagittarius, and you have the makings of spiritual emergence. But letting go is essential for you to ride the waves now of that emergence, to take the adventure.
You may feel you need to stuff your self on Thanksgiving Day Thursday the 28th; but hopefully you will avoid the orgy of consumerism on Black Friday the 29th.
But then after that it might be time to at least contemplate your escape from the doldrums of life. Maybe you just need an escape this winter.
Yet looking at the powerful and important planetary movements early this winter, you may need more.
Our collective lives are on the verge of enormous transformational change.
You know all is not the same anymore. And there is no going back to “normal”.
But you can ride the waves into your dharma and destiny, into a renewed sense of purpose and function in this new world that has not even grown its wings yet.
But it will, but not before a big purge of psychological fecal matter, ego stories that have been heavy baggage to carry around for so long.
December and January will pull the plug on the old patterns, stories, and limitations that weigh us down.
Perhaps Trump is symbolic of the weight of that baggage, and he is beginning to crumble.
He will be gone one way or another. The Saturn/Pluto conjunction is opposite his natal Saturn in Cancer, just about one degree from an exact opposition.
And his natal Vertex, an often good measure of a fate, is almost exactly conjunct the Saturn/Pluto conjunction at 22+ degrees of Capricorn in January.
His grip on his personal sense of security and reality is slipping fast now. Let us just hope he does not do anything too insane as he senses the sink hole below him.
