Early this week we remain in the last quarter of the lunar cycle, a cycle that began at the Virgo New Moon of September 19/20.
Then on Thursday October 19 at 3:12 PM EDT a new lunar cycle begins at the New Moon in Libra.
So most of the week we will be coming down and collecting ourselves getting ready for the New Moon on the 19th.
Usually there is less energy for us to use during the end of lunar cycles. Symbolic of that fact is that the Moon disappears from sight and it is totally dark a day or so before the New Moon and also at the New Moon.
Though energy can be less then and feeling down more likely, the dark Moon time is really good for meditation, prayers, positive visualizations, and making positive intentions.
The Moon begins to show a sliver- usually the Night after the day of the New Moon. That is the real beginning of a lunar cycle. That is the time to move forward with action and beginnings.
Since Libra is the sign of the New Moon, new starts for relationships are at the top of the list of priorities. Art projects, decorating, peace efforts, and mediation also are aligned for the New Moon in Libra. Issues of justice and fairness are also potentially stoked for this new lunar cycle.
But relationships are the number one issue for this round of Libra. And Venus has also come into Libra recently to help with relationship issues.
This Libra New Moon and the lunar cycle it starts are more complicated and certainly more energized than usual.
Uranus in Aries will be almost exactly opposite this Libra New Moon. The closer an aspect is makes it increasingly more powerful and important.
Uranus being in the signature of this New Moon and opposite its position, creates an electric wave of importance.
Uranus is a planet of Awakening, of seeing and moving outside boxes of being stuck. It liberates. It breaks things open, and puts one into new vistas of thought and experience.
So relationships will tend to break out of old patterns around this New Moon in Libra. Anything stuck in the status quo of old ways will have opportunity for breakthroughs into new energies, patterns and ways.
Since Uranus will be in self empowered Aries it may challenge the old glue that has tried to hold the relationship together. Often those old patterns use co-dependence as the glue of togetherness.
Now one or both members of the relationship are stating a need for greater independence and individuality. Remember all relationships, when healthy, balance individuality and independence (Aries) with togetherness and relationship (Libra).
Now it is time for certain relationship to break out of old patterns of old ways and begin to learn new ways of being.
Keep in mind that this theme continues for the rest of this lunar cycle.
If you have been disempowered previously in any relationship or felt you needed more independence, now the winds of the Universe will be at your back for change.
Also remember that Eclipse Season was not that long ago, and the Total Solar Eclipse New Moon in Leo signifies great new beginnings, new beginnings that vibrate with change for months to come.
In the greater world, Eclipse Season brought us most powerful natural disasters, disasters that express the rage of Mother Nature. Those powerful natural events have continued beyond the bounds of Eclipse Season.
Culture wars that include a great deal of discrimination and abuse of power were also triggered during this last Eclipse Season in Charlottesville Virginia. Issues were sparked then and will continue to be heated going forward. Recent issues of power abuses toward women are part of the process. We are cleansing our world of old patterns of abuse and discrimination.
And the heated confrontation between North Korea and the USA was also triggered during Eclipse Season, and that ugly conflict will be continued.
This New Moon with Uranus in Aries will be another big turning point for the North Korea issue, and that relationship will likely break out into something new and dangerous.
Greater conflict is likely soon, especially so because along with the New Moon/Uranus event, Jupiter in Scorpio will be close to exact conjunction with North Korea’s Mars in Scorpio over the next week or two.
When you add the Trump action of changing the Obama deal with Iran, dominoes may fall rapidly in response to what happens with North Korea. And Syria will be another domino.
Jupiter in Scorpio potentially brings out more primal energies in each of us, so it is wise to stay alert to that knowing. People can be more short fused, and intense arguments can be brought on. Of course sometimes that creates a catharsis and clears the air, which brings positive transformation.
Also secrets are more apt to come out with Jupiter in Scorpio. October 26, when the Sun has joined Jupiter in Scorpio, is the deadline for previously locked up files regarding the Kennedy assassination to be opened.
In 1992 it was determined that those files would be opening in 25 years and now only Trump can stop that opening.
Other previously held secrets may open up also, in the world and in personal lives.
Please remember that all the intense events that began during Eclipse Season, including the natural disasters, are for the purpose of immense purging in order to open the portals for the energies of consciousness aligned with the Age of Aquarius.
It is best to focus now on the new beginnings brought forward with the New Moon in Libra with Uranus in Aries.
Your relationships can now break away from old stories, even past relationship memories can awaken to new ways of being viewed. Maybe that old relationship was meant to end, no matter who initiated the breakup. Maybe no one needs to identify with being a victim, and learned lessons can bring new and better relationships.
In the new consciousness, win/win is the way of dealing with relationship issues. What is in the interests of both people from a Higher Self perspective? If you open to that channel of perspective, you will receive the answers that serve you both.
We the people will need to initiate the changes that are needed now. Especially since the election of Trump, we are motivated to change this world and transform it into one for the Age of Aquarius. Challenging the Trump administration is necessary to bring about the positive changes.
In the next Eclipse Season in late January-February 2018 we will have the winds of the Universe at our back to begin the process of throwing OUT the modern Trump version of Roman emperors like Nero and Caligula.
As we release the old in our consciousness, through the intensity of Scorpio energies, we can open to a rebirth of our consciousness and lives. And in the outer world, the coming intense events will also open us to new horizons of consciousness and living- all in service to the Age of Aquarius.
