Time Marches on and Astrology Forecast December 1-7.

Lots of sensitive people are feeling something stirring now in their bodies and souls, forcing them to keep their attention there. There continues to be deep releasing and much attention is on the lower chakras, those chakras closer to the Earth.
Is the Earth pulling our bodies closer to its rumblings? Is it making us aware of its discomfort in some way? Are there powerful events coming our way soon?
Perhaps much of this pull downward is merely to have us give a huge release before the upward energies of the Sagittarius New Moon this coming Monday night.
As I write this on Saturday November 30, we are in the dark phase of the Moon, and the end of the Autumn Eclipse Season. Much was shaken up and much shifted during this Eclipse Season. Mercury was retrograde for the most intense part of the Eclipse Season, and Uranus made another exact square of Pluto then also.
Much of the transformational energy that occurred is deeper than we can contact with our conscious minds. Much of what truly was changed is still to be determined.
But now as we await this New Moon in Sagittarius on Monday December 2 at 7:22 PM EST, it is best to stay in deep emotional waters, but it is also advised to not let the deep waters take you to “negative” fearful places. You are moving through deep changes aligned with global and Universal shifts, and are being prepared for what will be coming our way as a collective human family on Planet Earth.
Far up in the skies now, Comet Ison has passed through its close encounter with the Sun, and now it has dimmed and broken apart to some degree. Astronomers are not making prediction of the outcome yet, not sure if it will brighten again or fade away.
If it lives brightly it will be most easily seen with naked eye or telescope or binoculars between December 2 and December 16. Its meaning for our world is still to be determined, but of course it is quite interesting that it comes on the heals of Autumn Eclipse Season 2013.
After the Sagittarius New Moon on the night of December 2, energies will shift into more upward energies and our upper chakras will be triggered, waking us up. Inspiration, high mindedness, and faith will be brought more into our consciousness.
Your heart will want to be uplifted into more hope and joy. Hopefully this will translate into giving us more motivation for life and out of any depressed feelings.
You may feel more desire to liberate your self from difficult or stuck places or patterns after this new moon. You may have greater desire for freedom and for trusting your intuition instead of your logical mind. You may want to celebrate more or dance more freely. Most planets will still be yin signs, however, so it best not to let the Sagittarius New Moon stoke you into any manic behavior as a way to end the recent drought of emotional upliftment.
And yet this comet is somewhat of a wildcard now. Astronomers have been baffled by its unpredictable shifts, seemingly dying, then becoming brighter than ever, then fading again. Its message is also elusive now, and what it portends for our human family still unknown. The next few weeks will show us what it means. What will happen now in our lives is still somewhat of a mystery also.
Keep in mind that next year 2014, late winter and spring, there will be most powerful planetary movements, movements that herald great change in the USA especially.
The powers of healing and transformation will spike even higher than they have this autumn. As a result the ability to let go of old programming, empty ways of being, dysfunctional patterns and behaviors, and stuck situations, will be greater than ever.
The Age of Aquarius will show us its light brighter than before, but with it the destruction of old world ways will be bringing us into darker waters too.
Every time we get taken into darker waters of our mind and emotions, we are given the opportunity to release old beliefs and ways. The way it used to be no longer exists, and no amount of nostalgia can bring it back. Letting go of old chapters of our life is so difficult sometimes, so painful, but time keeps marching on, whether we are in step with it or not.
If we hold on too long, and get out of alignment with the changes moving through our lives and consciousness, we then will give in to stagnant waters and decay, and our souls die another level. This does not mean accepting changes that are outside your integrity or core values, as all changes we see in the world are not healthy or connected to the shifts guided by the Universe.
All the emphasis on violence and sex and consumerism cannot be healthy. The entitlement more and more people think they deserve,as well as the lack of taking responsibility for one’s own life- is not where the Universe is pointing us toward.
There also has been a trend by some people to be disengaged from relationship, to stay in bubbles in one’s own mind that preclude being deeply connected to others. Part of this is a result of the movement into an Age of Aquarius, as technology and global networks of social connection are an important part of the new age. Using gadgets, smart phones, etc. will continue.
But are we throwing out the baby with the bathwater by using these devices to insulate us from one another? We are all deciding how we want our relationships to be as we move into the Age of Aquarius. And each time Venus goes retrograde we are made to concentrate more on our relationships. On December 21, the day of the Winter Solstice, Venus will go Retrograde again.
It will be time to give more care to our relationships then. We will discuss this more as we get closer to that date.
