Things are speeding up and will soon be heating up, figuratively and literally. The New Moon in Gemini last week signified faster movement forward, especially in contrast to the Taurus cycle which has passed.
Some of you had a difficult day on or around that new moon, as Venus squared Pluto and brought up relationship issues, or living situations that need to be addressed, changed, and moved beyond.
This finishes up what was left of the Venus Retrograde passage that ended mid April when it went back Direct. Though the Venus aspect last week may have been quite difficult and intense, this week you should be more clear about the status of any important relationships, or real estate and money issues. For women issues around personal empowerment may have been challenged. Hopefully you are stronger now and will stand your ground with what you know is right.
Is there new life in a relationship now, or is it time to begin saying goodbye? Is there new life to where you live, or is it time to find a new place? Have you found a way to better handle money and security issues?
In the greater world, everything is getting more messed up.
The Trump presidency is in full swing now, and unless there is a major move toward impeachment soon, his ways will reach full stride soon.
His foreign policies, if we can call them that, are bringing us to a very dangerous position. North Korea and Iran are in the administration’s crosshairs, and it is building a coalition that will oppose those states as well as Russia and maybe China.
Though France and Iran have chosen more moderate governments lately and put pause to the trend toward nationalism, in the USA the Trump administration is still moving toward nationalism and fascism. When big security issues come our way, that is when his administration will get more militaristic and dominating of individual freedoms and rights.
The challenge now is for “we the people” to speak loud and clear that this country and world belong to us.
This is the nature of an Age of Aquarius, just as was initiated at the American revolution, at the time when the Aquarian planet Uranus was discovered- 1781.
“Of the people, by the people and for the people”- liberty, equality, and diversity within unity.
The USA natal Moon in Aquarius show us those values. But now they are for our whole world not just America.
Most especially in August, when the eclipses will be triggering the USA natal Moon in Aquarius, we will need to make our presence strong.
Trump’s Mars and rising sign in Leo will also be triggered then, and those placements are opposed to the USA Moon in Aquarius.
So his Leo stance of narcissistic and individual dominance being more important than all else will be openly opposed to those Aquarian values.
This is the potential negative expression of Leo, not its normal and healthy shining of creative light to all around it.
So moves he makes in and around August will fuel the issue of dominance by authority versus rule by the people.
Interestingly, it is how it all came to be after 1776. Out with the King. Bring in new democratic values to replace rule by authority.
Remember that the more chaotic events become, the more leverage “rule by authority” has with the average person. So expect this summer to bring very volatile energies and events, so we can transform old attitudes more consistent with an old age.
This week we are still on our way up, with a waxing Moon moving toward a Full Moon, which will be on June 9, which will be an important turning point day this month.
Mars will oppose Saturn on Sunday/Monday, which gives us a stop or slow down message.
Then on Tuesday/Wednesday Mars sextiles Uranus, which gives us a break out and break free message. So this week gives us conflicting messages.
Keep things stable or break out and break free?
Venus conjuncts Uranus while the Sun trines Jupiter next Saturday June 3. So later in the week the messages are more clear.
It is time to bring more energy and change into life, to get out of ruts and inner prisons in our minds.
Especially with what is coming soon, it important we each work on our consciousness and step up our efforts for healing and transformation.
More and more people are being shaken out of their slumber. The way the world and the USA have been moving lately is a trigger for new wake up calls.
We are not poor victims to the powers that be.
That is not what the colonists felt when they started the American Revolution.
It is not what the French people felt when they overthrew the autocratic royalty in France during the French revolotion in the late 18th Century.
This is not what the Russian people felt when they overcame the Czars in Russia and created the Russian Revolution in 1917/18.
It is not what the Indian people felt when they stood up to Britain behind Mahatma Ghandi in 1930.
It is not what our black brothers and sisters felt when they stood up to the authorities, especially in the South, with Martin Luther King in the ’50s.
It is not what the South Africans felt when they confronted their government authorities along with Nelson Mandela in the ’90s.
This overthrowing of dominating royalty or dictators or restrictive governments has been a trend over the last few centuries.
Those events were the changing winds blowing in for an Age of Aquarius.
More of those liberating events will need to erupt in order for us to manifest more solidly the New Age.
First work on your consciousness and release the programming of your minds and hearts. Our fears are what cause us to be controlled. Our believing the lies are what cause us to be controlled.
