Today June 8 at 11:56 AM there is a New Moon in Gemini. This New Moon begins to propel us forward in our lives, after having experienced the intensity and shifting tides from Spring Eclipse Season 2013.
The next couple of months will bring the results and the ramifications of what was stirred up during this Eclipse Season that began in early April.
This New Moon in Gemini will help us to gather and sort out information related to what transpired during the Eclipse Season. We will also need to find ways to better communicate what we know, what we feel. what we really want to say.
This lunar cycle, begun at this Gemini New Moon and lasting until the next New Moon in Cancer on July 8, provides a step forward into a new phase of our lives.
Hopefully we have been releasing that which is not right for us anymore, and seeing some light shining from our new life experience to come.
The next lunar cycle begins on July 8, at the Cancer New Moon, and will be accompanied by Saturn going Direct. Saturn, Old Man Time, will let us know then that is time to make real what we have been visioning for our life.
So now at this New Moon in Gemini, and lasting through the whole lunar cycle, we move forward sensing more strongly where we are being directed in our lives. But reality truly taking hold, and grounding us more fully into our new life, will happen during the next lunar cycle. That one begins at the Cancer New Moon with Saturn going Direct the same day.
Then in July there will be a grand water trine of Jupiter in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio, and Neptune in Pisces in the early degrees of those signs. That soulful configuration will bring us more deeply into our feelings, perhaps bringing more nostalgia, grief, and deeper connections to our souls.
Events then will tend to help us to know more deeply what we have chosen to do and what directions we have picked to go toward. Mercury will go Retrograde on July 2, close to the New Moon in Cancer and Saturn going Direct.
The Mercury Retrograde and Grand Water Trine may have us needing to reflect more on what direction our life is apparently going toward, and to feel more deeply the loss of what we are letting go.
But for now, it is time to move forward in our lives. Open and clear thinking and communication are most important now as you move forward. Even if you have seemingly made up your mind on some issues, life energies and events now might very well challenge those assumptions or decisions, trying to open your mind to other possibilities.
It is OK to keep an open mind, but do not allow your self to be taken off your soul path. Your soul self, which is connected to the Source/Universe will show you the way. Your ego self, wanting to keep you stuck in old, dysfunctional, and toxic ways needs to release its hold on you and your life.
If what you are contemplating choosing will keep you feeling trapped and depressed, or misunderstood and not seen and appreciated; then it cannot be right for you, no matter what the logical or practical or conventional viewpoint may be.
If what you are contemplating choosing makes you feel alive, hopeful, purposeful, loved and respected, especially by yourself, then why would you choose otherwise?
If what you are choosing brings you a more healthy and whole life and self, then taking the leap must be right and the Universe will support you.
It is true that you must always consider the practical side of life, but making security and stability more important than your heart and soul and soul path?
If what you are thinking of doing is just escaping and makes no practical sense at all, then of course it will not work in the long haul. But if instead it truly feels like the old chapter of your life has truly ended and you know this new path lights the way for your new chapter, then take the leap.
You will know the old chapter has ended and needs to be let go if you have kept trying to make things work, but nothing ever changes. It all feels stale and without spirit, and keeps you down and defeated.
The shakeups from this Eclipse Season were in large part to help you to release the old baggage in your mind and heart and life, and to awaken to a new you and new ways.
In the greater world, much shook up during the Eclipse Season. It began with the bombing at the Boston Marathon. That bombing brought us back to the “War on Terror”. And since that bombing we have revisited the methods our country has been using in that war. It has come out how media has been controlled for “security”, and how our phone records are being used for “security”. The trial of Private Manning has begun also, which is about freedom of the press to leak information to the public, against the security establishment’s desire to keep things from that public.
If this world truly belongs to “we the people”, does the Military/Industrial establishment have the right to keep us in the dark about what they are doing? Do we not have a right to know and decide what is right and wrong? Should we be treated like children who must be seen but not heard from. The government and corporate empire is more and more seeing everything we do, but is closing the doors to our ability to see the truth and be heard from.
Protests in the ’60s, ’70s, and even ’80s were free and open. Now protesters in America are put into limited protest barriers, not allowed to get close to where the action is. Our freedoms are being limited in the name of “security” concerns, more and more every day. This is what happened in Germany as fascism was taking over.
During the Eclipse Season the volatile situation in North Korea was apparently diffused. But the situation in the Middle East has gotten more dangerous. The situation in Syria is widening into a greater war, and soon a match will be lit to burn into an even greater war, threatening to burn out of control. Watch closely over the next couple of months, as to the results and ramifications of the shakeups in the Middle East during the Eclipse Season.
Our economy and stock market is also very fragile, no matter what the Powers that Be try to convince us. I believe it will get much worse before the autumn is over this year.
The world as we know it is transforming from an old Pisces Age into a New Age of Aquarius. So of course the old institutions that have been holding up the old rules for living will be breaking down and transforming into healthier ones, ones refilled with heart and soul.
We in our personal lives and consciousness are transforming too. Our old ways and rules for living are dying away. We are shedding our souls of the layers of programming from society and families that has kept our true self hidden.
As we shed these layers, we begin to spread our wings and live our lives with true authenticity and purpose. For now as we move through this Gemini New Moon, we open the gates to more freedom to be our true selves.
