This week we come to the climactic part of the current lunar cycle, a Full Moon in Sagittarius on Tuesday May 29 at 10:20 AM EDT.
This current lunar cycle began on May 15 at the New Moon in Taurus.
Whatever began at that New Moon in Taurus comes to some kind of climax, resolution, or turning point at this Full Moon in Sagittarius.
New Moons happen when the Sun and Moon are exactly conjunct one another. A Full Moon happens when the Sun is exactly opposite where the Moon is at.
On those days, when the Sun sets the Moon can often be seen rising in the opposite direction at around the same time.
The Full Moon this week has the Moon in Sagittarius directly opposite the Sun in Gemini.
Gemini can be mentally rather complicated with much information and thought moving through the mind.
Its purpose is to communicate, but in so doing it can often be quite objective and matter of fact in its thinking and delivery. A pure journalist is a good metaphor for Gemini. There is no opinion or conclusive understanding of the information, just an information in, information out process.
Sometimes people think Gemini is insensitive to others when conveying such unadulterated information, but in reality it is just delivering the facts like a reporter would do.
Gemini, as the twins, is of two minds. They mentally have like two “people” in their minds. And you often do not know which one you are going to get. For some Geminis it feel like a good person and a bad person insi.
Sagittarius takes information and finds resolution, understanding, opinion, meaning, and even judgment from it. Sagittarius often comes to conclusions through intuition or inspiration. They may speak their truth without proper word usage or sensitivity to the situation. That following of intuition or inspiration often gets Sagittarius to leap before it looks, but that often takes Sagittarius on great adventures, for better or worse.
Donald Trump was born at this same Full Moon of Sagittarius in 1946. Except it was a Full Moon “on steroids”, as it was a Lunar Eclipse Full Moon he was born under.
Look at his Gemini/Sagittarius process. He is of one mind saying he will do one thing, then he chooses the opposite alternative. Just this week, he went from North Korea summit on , to North Korea Summit off, to North Korea summit maybe back on again.
He goes from dominating, angry, threatening person to conciliatory understanding person. He is a great example of Gemini Twins at work.
His Sagittarius Moon shows itself when he makes quick decisions “using his gut” or intuition, blurts out or tweets seemingly without thought of repercussions, and takes us all on a “not thought through” ride.
So at this Full Moon in Gemini/Sagittarius this week, it may be a very interesting week, a week when you may have great conversations with others; and be filled with much information you need to sort through to find answers or meaning.
Some will be overwhelmed by this process, yet others will be inspired and uplifted by the same process.
On the day of the Full Moon, Mercury (ruler of Gemini) will move out of Taurus and into its most resonate sign- Gemini. It will stay there for about a month.
So look for mental activity to increase this week, for desires for communication to get stronger. Social activity may get stronger also.
This week, as we get our minds and spirit pumped up, we get closer to the next Eclipse Season. It will begin on June 27/28 at the Full Moon in Capricorn.
That Full Moon in Capricorn will be a week after the Summer Solstice and two weeks before the first of three eclipses, a Solar Eclipse New Moon in Cancer on July 12.
Let’s go back to April 15 for a minute. That was a big turning point, when a portal opened up into a New Chapter in our collective and personal lives. It was the day of a New Moon in Aries conjunct awakener Uranus.
The day before, there was a Yod or Finger of God formation that happened with the USA natal Mars.
So USA military matters faced a turning point then. Shortly after that, Trump ended the USA deal with Iran; he opened the USA embassy in Jerusalem; and he created, abandoned, and likely created again the Summit with North Korea.
These are most important developments, and how they each play out will show us what the Yod formation turning point was really about.
All 3 of those events point to a possibility of breakdown into war, as well as a possibility for breakthroughs out of conflicts.
And the coming Eclipse Season, a time when breakdowns and breakthroughs are common, will show us which directions we are moving toward.
We know all will happen, no matter what, to assist our process into the Age of ReaaAquarius. How much destruction is necessary, and how much grace can we expect instead?
You know this is the time now that many expected at Y2K in 20001 or at the end of the Mayan Calendar in December 2012.
We are more ready now to let the old world end and have the new world be born. Each of our lives is going through the changes that are necessary so we will be positioned properly for the coming challenges.
We need to be living in the right place, be with the right people, and serving the purpose that we are meant to fulfill during this Transformational Transition between Ages.
The Universe is now shaking lives up and seeking to direct each of us to the right homes, relationships, and work that are aligned with where we need to soon be.
If a relationship is being challenged, you are working out if it is right for you going forward. Can you just change the dysfunctional patterns or do you need to step out of the relationship?
If you no longer feel at home in your home, be open to where your new home may be.
If you feel no satisfaction from your work, be open to how you may express your purpose now.
The New You in the New Chapter needs to be in the environments and relationships that mirror who you have been becoming. The Old You in the Old Chapter is dying and you will be given motivation to release the environments and relationships that fit who you used to be, but not who you have been becoming.
This process can often feel insecure and confusing at times, and you may not feel comfortable in it. Do your best to be patient, to stay centered and present, and be open in your heart and mind for appropriate changes.
The next Eclipse Season this summer will accelerate the process of transformation toward your Higher Soul Self, and into the Universe’s home base of Love and Truth.
