We enter November (Sunday) with the clocks turned back an hour, giving the impression of darker days. Also as we enter November, we are moving through the waning half of the lunar cycle, a time when things usually slow down for processing, reflecting, and preparing for the next lunar cycle, which will begin on November 11 at the Scorpio New Moon.
New Moons always begin a lunar cycle and give motivation to begin anew. Last quarter moons that are just prior to a New Moon give feeling of downward movement and can sometimes bring on temporary depression.
The time before November 11 is therefore a time to go deeper in one’s thinking, especially so as we are in Scorpio time of year.
The last quarter of the lunar cycle begins on election day November 3, with Sun in Scorpio and Moon in Leo.
Social movements in the USA recently are more toward greater equality, with less control and dominance by the wealthy and privileged- Bernie Sanders people for instance.
This however is countered by the rich and privileged putting more and more energy and Big Corporate super pac funds into keeping the status quo through status quo candidates who sold out- most of the other candidates- Democrat or Republican.
This last quarter lunar cycle from November 3- November 11 will also be a time to process all the recent challenges in your life and in the global perspective.
A New Chapter of life has certainly begun since a big portal opened during Eclipse Season this past late summer and early autumn. Yet after November 11 is when all locked doors will be opened too so we can eachmore fully begin this New Chapter of our lives.
The processing time now, as we enter the last quarter of the lunar cycle this week, will enable us to look more deeply at what is happening to our personal lives and our world.
Give your self a bigger picture look at what this New Chapter will be like. Make attitude adjustments as need be. Stay with your core values, as they will reward you in the end.
On November 11, with the New Moon in Scorpio, there will be a feeling of movement forward after reflection and mental processing the past couple of weeks.
Scorpio is a sign of intensity, depth, passion, and primal instincts.
In the greater world, whatever has been held back will begin to be expressed. Secrets previously hidden will be revealed. Primal passions will burst forward.
Events that showed up in September with the Eclipses will go to the next level of manifestation
Look at the global events that were swirling around during the Eclipses: Russia started bombing in Syria; the Palestinians and Israelis went into very dangerous confrontation with each other; the economy and stock market started to show more evidence of grave weaknesses
These issues have lost some of their heat since September, but they are still very ripe for more events to explode after November 11.
The events that happened in September at the eclipses were not just fleeting and gone forever. They tell us what is coming apart in our global lives.
The economy is held together by band-aids of government money printing; Russia in Syria puts the world into more danger for World War III, and the Palestinian/Israeli conflict promises to explode into fires no one can stop.
These world events are part of a global breakdown of an old world that does not serve the majority of its inhabitants and does not honor our Earth Mother and nature.
We have burst forth into an electronic/computer/internet age that needs to be brought back to Earth literally and figuratively. The computer age will not end, but without the balance of respect for our bodies and souls, our lives will get much worse.
That Scorpio New Moon on November 11 will also signal new beginnings for our personal lives. What was brewing for you during the eclipses will are now being integrated into your consciousness and life.
Use whatever it is to more fully embrace this New Chapter of life, even its challenges.
You can better avoid the depression some may take on now if you honor and move with the current energies.
Scorpio is “ruled” by Guardian of the Underword Pluto, who myth has it took innocent Persephone away from her Mother Demeter aand brought her into his domain under the Earth- deep into the body and soul of the more mysterious and feared realms of consciousness. When they were done being together in his transformational domain, she was brought back up to Earth, not as innocent but more experienced and wise.
It is Samhain on October 31, same day every year as Halloween. Veils are lifted in our consciousness, so we can enter those deeper and darker domains where spirits and frequencies of consciousness arre not usually easily accessed.
This realm is not ruled and cannot be reached by scientific methods, math, or computers. It is world of deep mystery that has the power of transformation within it.
You can access the wisdom and images of soul there, the nurturance of a Dark Mother, and even spirits who may carry symbolic messages for you.
Can you feel the drum beat of the heart of the Earth body signifying deep change now? Can you sense the power of this transformatation?
Are you already in the process of clearing, cleaning out, and releasing old toxins that have constricted you in your life?
We need to get out from under the weight of mounds of garbage and toxins that have held us back, but also have given us a dysfunctional sense of familiar security.
