We are now in the waning half of the Lunar cycle that began at the New Moon in Cancer on July 9. Energies are moving more down and Yin-ward now.
That cycle ends at the New Moon in Leo on August 8.
Time now to be with ourselves or with closest family or friends.
Outer accomplishment needs to take a back seat to inner connections, inner values,
On Sunday July 25 we get planetary help for inner journeying, as Mercury in Cancer at 25+ degrees opposes Pluto in Capricorn at 25+ degrees.
This opposition is closely connected to the USA natal pairing of Pluto and Mercury.
In the USA natal chart, of July 4 1776, Mercury is at 24+ degrees of Cancer and Pluto is at 27+ degrees of Capricorn. Pluto has begun the process of its first ever return to itself. Here we are almost 250 years after the USA birth and Pluto is now doing the rare Pluto Return.
Next February 2022 the first exact Pluto Return will happen.
Pluto in the USA 2nd House represents the Military Industrial Complex of the Empire. This was not the original intention, so to speak, of Pluto in the 2nd house.
So just like for an individual, the Ego replacement of the Soul’s original intention needs to be released so the Soul’s Higher Self can be manifest.
And remember also that we have entered an Aquarian Age of Equality and Diversity within Unity. A Superpower does not fit that paradigm.
So we will be experiencing some humbling events in the very near future. Wars are likely, but maybe can be avoided. Continued scrutiny of Police abuses of power will continue. A transformed economy, one that serves all the people, will also require a humbling for people previously used to privilege.
The Mercury/Pluto opposition on Sunday may show us some chinks in the armor of the Complex, but most importantly that opposition can assist us in personal inner exploration.
Pluto, Guardian of the Underworld, when contacting Mercury, Messenger of the Gods, takes the messenger deep inside feelings and soul. Pluto’s purpose is to help the planet of mind and communication to find deep insight into its issues at the time.
So as we are experiencing the waning inner directed part of the Lunar Cycle, we get help to go deeper so we can release beliefs and attitudes that are connected to old paradigm values.
As we release those limiting old ways, we create a more open space for new consciousness and ideas.
Jupiter Retrograde moves out of Pisces and back into Aquarius on Wednesday the 28th and on the 29th that Jupiter in Aquarius meets in exact opposition Mars in Leo.
That opposition tends to express itself through desires to act on what is inspiring a person.
Right after that opposition, Mars leaves Leo and enters Virgo where it will stay until September 14.
During that time Mars in Virgo is great at seeing the flaw in the situation, and acting to fix that flaw. It has to be careful not to be too negative or judgmental. But at its best it is great at seeing “red flags” that can help you to avoid situations and people who might do you harm.
The last quarter of the Cancer lunar cycle starts on Saturday July 31. It lasts until Sunday August 8 at the Leo New Moon.
That fiery, often flashy New Moon will get some sparks flying again. Before that date we continue our recent inner journey.
The inner journey now is essential as in October Jupiter, Pluto, Saturn and Mercury go Direct. Those Direct movements get us moving forward, as they lead us into the eclipses of November and December.\
That will be an especially powerful and important Eclipse Season, one that will have people, countries, and maybe even aliens putting “all their cards on the table”, so to speak.
This has already begun, as people seem less inclined nowadays to have politeness, courtesy and common consideration lead the way.
There is more speaking one’s mind and being comfortable with more instinctual though hopefully not violent behaviors.
This is Pandora’s box beginning to open. Transformation often requires getting more deeply connected to the core, to the raw.
Sex is transformational, and requires one to be more raw and instinctual than in every day behavior. Giving birth, which is the obvious definition of transformation, is also very instinctual and raw.
Next week I am taking a short vacation and will be back on this forecast blog on August 7, the same day as the next Radio show. Then comes a strong liberating New Moon in Leo the next day on August 8.
